"I wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible service we received from Kimya at Rick Babusiak’s State Farm agency. After my son had a rock hit and crack his windshield yesterday, I reached out for guidance and Kimya responded immediately with the claims information we needed. Less than 24 hours later, SafeLite is already scheduled to come out and repair the windshield. The entire process was quick, seamless, and stress-free thanks to her responsiveness and willingness to help. "Switched to State Farm last year after 42 years with Nation Wide (yes, since the age of 16). I truly did not believe better pricing/service could be obtained after so many years [relationship and “discounts”] with Nation Wide (same agent as well). Ultimately, State Farm provided increased insurance coverage with better pricing. Prior to and since initially establishing policy, our agent Kayce, has been remarkable. She has stayed in touch, consistently provided excellent customer service, and has aided us with informed decision-making along the way. In short, it’s not only about better pricing… Kayce is THE REASON we are pleased and proud to be State Farm policy holders. "I was a long time customer of GEICO since I got out of the Army in 2015. I never thought of changing insurance companies until I met and talked with Leslie. "Georgina was amazing from start to finish. Got me out of a bad situation where I was grossly overpaying for insurance that didn’t even meet my needs. She was clear, concise, friendly… all of the things that a professional should be. I understood more about homeowners insurance in 10 minutes of speaking to her than weeks of speaking to other people in this field.
